Most of the products we carry can only be shipped ground, by law. We can not offer overnight or expedited delivery. We cannot ship internationally, to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska. We can not guarantee shipping times. Please see below for estimated ground shipping times per state.

Orders are usually processed the same day and shipped out the next business day.  During busy times of the year, orders may take longer to process. If you need your order quickly, please contact us before placing your order to ensure it will arrive on time.

Skylanterns are usually processed and ready to ship 3 business days after the order is initially placed. Please see shipping chart for estimated transit times per state.

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provide through our website. Please check to make sure the address submitted through our website is the correct address where you would like your package shipped. We do not check the address through PayPal.  If you have a question or a problem submitting the correct address, please contact us.

If your order is returned to us due an invalid address, we will contact you. If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be required to pay the shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped. If you do not wish to pay the re-shipping charge, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat rate shipping price based on the price of the order. 

Orders up to $50 pay $12.99 for shipping

Orders $50.01-$99.99 pay $16.99 for shipping

Orders $100-$124.99 pay  $18.99 for shipping

Orders over $125+ pay  $22.99 for shipping.

Change of address

If you need to change your address and your order has not shipped out yet, you MUST call us first! This is the best way to ensure your order can be corrected. You will be required to email us your address as well to make sure there are no errors in the address when we ship it out.

If your order has shipped already and you need to change your address, you must contact us and we will contact the shipping carrier.  There will be an address change fee of 15 dollars. This fee goes directly to the shipping carrier. Please note, there is no guarantee that the package address will be changed in time for delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Occasionally sparklers do get damaged in shipping.  Please take photo proof of your damaged sparklers.  This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.  Once we receive the photos, we will reship the replacement sparklers.  Please remember, there is no express shipping on sparklers, even replacement sparklers.  If the replacements will not arrive on time for your event, we will refund you for the damaged sparklers.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

It's rare but packages do get lost while in transit.  Please frequently check your tracking information. If the tracking information says your package was delivered but you do not have it, you are required to contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.  At that time, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once they reach a decision regarding the claim, we will contact you.  If you need your sparklers before the shipping carrier reaches their decision, it is recommended that you place another order. After 10 days of the delivery date, there is little chance of being able to find the package. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delivery errors.

How do I track my package?

Customers who place their orders online will receive an email once the order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. You can also log onto your account to find the tracking information. Copy and paste the tracking information into your preferred search engine. The shipping carrier as well as the updated shipping information should appear. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Can I have my order expressed shipped?

Unfortunately, no. Novelty items (sparklers, smoke bombs, party poppers), by law, can only be shipped ground.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are 1-5 days depending on where they are being shipped. Sometimes packages get lost in the mail or delivery trucks get behind, please order your sparklers as far in advance as possible.
