Are these smokeless sparklers that can be used at weddings

Do these come in colors? I want to use in a gender reveling event.

Our #10 Sparklers have a wire handle and are 9.65 inches long. Each Sparkler Burns for 35 seconds and come 6 individual sparklers per package.
These are Perfect sparkler for small gatherings and to use as a wedding favor. These are also perfect for cupcakes and deserts.
